The Newtown Business Commons was developed over several decades, evolving from a small industrial park into a large and diverse business community. Its growth has been fueled by the strategic location of Newtown, which offers easy access to major highways, airports, and urban centers like Philadelphia.

The Commons is primarily zoned for light industrial, office, and
related uses. However, recent discussions have considered the possibility of introducing mixed-use development to include residential areas, which could bring a new dynamic to the park and the surrounding community.

The Newtown Business Commons is an integral part of Newtown Township, contributing significantly to its economic landscape.

The Newtown Business Commons is well-connected to major
transportation networks. It is located near major highways, providing easy access to Philadelphia and other regional hubs. Public transportation options are also available, further enhancing its accessibility.
